Chen Kenichi is the only remaining original Iron Chef. His father, Chen Kenmin (known as the God of Szechwan) was famous for his special chili bean sauce, which he has passed down to Chen Kenichi, who's earned the nicknamed "The Szechwan Sage". He has been on the show since it's creation.
Chen's a easy-going guy, who is notorious for making fried rice when there's five minutes left in a battle! But Chen's best known for the funny faces he makes while he's cooking, and especially when he's showing off a little (like the flip job he does during Iron Chef's opening)
