Mihoshi. Probably the luckiest
woman in the anime world. And with good reason. She's is your
stereotypical dumb blond, who gets THE biggest breaks anyone could ever
get. She is a member of the Galactic Police, which is run by her
grandfather. Because of that, she usually gets the best of all
equipment. She was on a pursuit of Ryoko, and ended up in the Masaki
household. When her partner Kiyone finally found her and was ready
to take her back, both she and Mihoshi were assigned to watch over Earth
and the rest of the Solar System! Mihoshi was estatic, while Kiyone
considered it a death to her career.
Yes she's not too bright. But that's not the reason I like her. While she does get the big breaks, she's also very easy-going. And despite her ineptitude, she stubbornly remains independent. That's a quality I like a lot.
